These terms cover your use of the truefind.eu website. The separate Terms & Conditions cover buying goods from us. By using this site you accept both.

1. Your account

• Give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One person, one account. Do not share or sell your account.

You can close your account at any time from My Account, or by emailing us.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse, search and buy. You may not:

• use the site unlawfully, or to defraud anyone;
• scrape, crawl or harvest content, prices or images by automated means without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its data;
• introduce malware, or attack the site's availability;
• copy the site's design, code or content to build a competing service;
• place orders you do not intend to pay for, or abuse our returns policy.

3. Reviews and content you post

If you post a review, question or image:

• it must be your own honest experience, and your own work;
• it must not be unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or contain someone else's personal data;
• it must not be a paid or incentivised review presented as independent;
• you grant AA Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the store;
• we may decline to publish it, or remove it, if it breaks these rules.

4. Intellectual property

The AA Store name, logo, site design, text and software are owned by AA Store or its licensors and are protected by law. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce any of it commercially without permission.

5. Independent sellers

This store is a marketplace. Listings from independent sellers are created by those sellers, who are responsible for their accuracy. We take action on listings reported to us as unlawful or misleading.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of it for maintenance or business reasons, normally with notice.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, that link is for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Accuracy of information

We take care with the content on this site but do not warrant that it is always complete, current or free of error. Content is provided for general information and is not advice you should rely on alone.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site that was not reasonably foreseeable.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we do, we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
