These terms govern the sale of goods through truefind.eu. Please read them before ordering. For the rules on using the website itself, see our Terms of Use.

1. Who you are contracting with

AA Store operates truefind.eu. The store sells both its own goods and goods offered by independent sellers.

• Where an item is sold by AA Store, your contract of sale is with AA Store.
• Where an item is sold by an independent seller, your contract of sale is with that seller. AA Store provides the platform, takes the payment and supports you throughout.

The seller is named on every product page and on your order confirmation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are the same in both cases.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract.

3. How a contract is formed

1. Placing an order is an offer to buy. It does not yet create a contract.
2. Our order confirmation email acknowledges we received it. This is still not acceptance.
3. The contract is formed when we send you the dispatch email for that item.

Where an order contains several items, a separate contract is formed for each item as it is dispatched.

4. Products

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours may appear differently on different screens. Slight variations in a handmade or natural material are not a defect.

Stock is not reserved until your order is placed, and an item can sell out between you adding it to your basket and paying. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we tell you and refund it in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your contract is formed. See our Payment Policy for how and when you are charged.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales, costs and risk are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, without needing a reason. AA Store extends this to 30 days for most items. The full detail, including the items that are excluded, is in our Return Policy, and refund timescales are in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

Goods must match their description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have a two-year legal guarantee under EU law and may ask for repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits that.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, carrier failures or the acts of public authorities. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and you are refunded in full.

11. Misuse of the service

We may cancel orders, close accounts or refuse service where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, for resale in breach of these terms, or to abuse our returns policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

Tell us first — email support@truefind.eu and we will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which AA Store is established. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
