Payment Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. How you can pay
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery country. We generally accept:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery, where offered for your address
2. Currency and prices
All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include VAT where it applies. The currency you are charged in is the one shown at checkout. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee — that fee is between you and your bank.
3. When you are charged
- Cards — the amount is authorised when you place the order and taken when the order is dispatched.
- PayPal — taken when you place the order.
- Bank transfer — your order is held for 5 business days awaiting payment, then released.
- Cash on delivery — paid to the carrier when your parcel arrives.
If we cancel an item before dispatch, the authorisation for it is released by your bank, usually within 5 business days.
4. Payment security
Every page of this store is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Your full card number never reaches our servers and is never stored by us. We see only the card type and the last four digits, so you can recognise the payment.
5. Strong Customer Authentication
For cards issued in the European Economic Area, your bank may ask you to confirm the payment — typically through your banking app or a one-time code. This is required by EU law (PSD2). If you do not complete it, the payment is declined and the order is not placed.
6. Declined payments
A payment can be declined for reasons we cannot see, most often insufficient funds, an expired card, a billing address that does not match, or your bank's own fraud check. If this happens:
- Check the card number, expiry date and security code.
- Check the billing address matches the one your bank holds.
- Try another payment method.
- If it still fails, contact your bank — they can see the reason, and we cannot.
7. Pricing errors
We take care with pricing, but errors happen. If an item's price is clearly wrong, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you before dispatch, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
8. Fraud checks
We screen orders for fraud. We may ask you to confirm your identity or delay dispatch while we check, and we may cancel and refund an order we believe to be fraudulent. Where automated checks are involved, you may ask us to have a person review the decision.
9. Invoices
A VAT invoice is attached to your order confirmation and is also available under My Account → Orders. If you need a business invoice with a VAT number, enter it at checkout before paying — we cannot add it afterwards.
10. Buying from independent sellers
AA Store is a marketplace. Payment for items sold by independent sellers is still taken through this store, so you deal with one checkout and one payment, and the protections on this page apply either way.
11. Contact
For billing and payment questions, email billing@truefind.eu. Never send your full card number by email — we will never ask for it.
